一句话说明：Speak Daily 不需要注册，不收集任何能辨识你个人身份的信息。它唯一会发送出去的，是你主动录下的语音和你输入的练习内容——发给语音识别和 AI 服务，用来给你评分和点评。发送之前会先征得你的同意。
只有在你主动使用对应功能时才会产生数据，没有任何后台采集。

除此之外没有其他用途。我们不会用这些内容做广告投放、用户画像、模型训练，也不会出售或交换给任何人。
录音不会保存到你的设备，也不会保存到我们的服务器——事实上我们没有存放用户数据的服务器。
为了让你能回听刚才那一遍，最近一次录音会暂存在 app 的内存里；切换句子、退出 app 或结束这一轮跟读时它就被丢弃。设备上不留任何录音文件。
以下内容只保存在你的手机或 iPad 本地，不会上传：
删除方式：在 app 内长按主题或对话可以单独删除；在设置里可以清空朗读缓存；卸载 app 会一并清除全部本地数据。
为了实现核心功能，以下服务会接触到上面表格里列出的内容：

这两家服务商仅将收到的内容用于返回本次请求的结果。我们在选择服务商时核对过其条款，它们承诺的数据保护水平与本政策所述一致。传输全程使用 HTTPS 加密。
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
如果数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面并修改顶部的生效日期。涉及新的数据用途时，会在 app 内重新征得你的同意。

In short: Speak Daily requires no account and collects nothing that identifies you personally. The only things it sends out are the audio you choose to record and the practice text you enter — sent to a speech service and an AI service so they can score and correct your English. Nothing is sent until you agree.
Data is produced only when you actively use a feature. There is no background collection.

There is no other use. This content is not used for advertising, profiling or model training, and it is never sold or traded to anyone.
Recordings are never written to your device and never stored on our servers — in fact we operate no server that stores user data.
So that you can replay your last attempt, the most recent recording is held in the app's memory only. It is discarded when you move to another sentence, finish the turn, or close the app. No audio file is left on the device.
The following is stored only on your iPhone or iPad and is never uploaded:
To delete: long-press a topic or conversation in the app to remove it individually; clear the audio cache in Settings; or delete the app to remove all local data at once.

These providers use the content they receive solely to return the result of that request. We reviewed their terms when selecting them, and they commit to a level of data protection equivalent to the one described in this policy. All transmission is encrypted with HTTPS.
This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. If a genuinely new use of data is introduced, we will ask for your consent again inside the app.
